Baby Manu o Kū

Meet our baby Manu o Kū. This native Hawaiian seabird was named the official bird of Honolulu and can be found high in the tree branches in the city or soaring just above the waves offshore. The Manu o Kū was and still is the most important bird in voyaging and navigation to native Hawaiians. Every morning they fish for food and fly home to feed their young. When sighted, they signify that land is near.
